  • Where is your showroom?

    At NH Blinds, we offer a shop-at-home model instead of having a traditional showroom. This means our experts bring samples directly to your home or business so you can see them where you will eventually use them.

  • What are your lead times?

    Our lead time averages 3-6 weeks, with some products arriving in as few as two weeks. The amount of lead time depends on the type of product, time of year, and current demand.

  • Who does the measuring and installation?

    We do! Our team of experts are certified for measurement and professional installation.

  • What is the warranty?

    Most products come with a 3, 5, or 7-year warranty. The warranty is handled through NH Blinds on your behalf. We typically cover in-warranty trip charges within the first 3-12 months of purchase, depending on the product.

  • Do you stock blinds?

    No, we don’t keep anything in stock. However, we do offer an express program that has only a two-week lead time.

  • How much do custom window treatments cost?

    This is a difficult question to answer, as there are many factors to consider including the type of window treatment, the fabric used, the lift system, quantity, location, and installation details. All these significantly affect the window treatment cost. We suggest budgeting $300-$500 per window to allow you the most options. However, we also offer fantastic choices in the $150-$200 range because we believe in having something for everyone.

  • How do I schedule a consultation?

  • What is the consultation process?

    We will contact you to discuss how we can best help. We can discuss pricing and options to help you through the process. We will then schedule a 2-hour in-person consultation when all decision-makers can be present. During the consultation, we will show samples, make recommendations, take final measurements, and set final pricing. Once a deposit is made, your order will be placed, and the rest is up to the manufacturer.

  • What’s next after we’ve paid the deposit?

    We will text you to let you know your products are in and schedule an installation appointment. Most installations take a couple of hours.
